Founded and operated by first responders, Triple-C Safety Training exists to serve. We specialize in exceptional customer service and in meeting our clients’ unique safety needs. We provide custom, OSHA-aligned basic and advanced medical and safety training designed to empower individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to respond in someone’s most vulnerable moments. Our goal is not just to teach—but to equip people to make a real difference.

OUR TEAM

Wil

Wil has spent the past decade dedicated to delivering the highest quality life-saving services as a professional first responder. As a Firefighter Paramedic, he understands the critical value of a highly trained workforce and has seen firsthand how quality medical training directly improves patient outcomes.

Prior to entering the fire service, Wil built a strong foundation in the construction safety industry, where he supported large commercial and industrial companies in meeting OSHA safety standards for training and compliance. Through this work, he learned that high-quality training—paired with trust within teams—is essential to creating safer work environments.

After serving the private sector, Wil pursued his career goal of working in emergency services. By blending his background in occupational health and safety with emergency management, he began his emergency services career with the U.S. Department of Energy. Wil spent five years at Idaho National Laboratory, the nation’s leader in nuclear research and a VPP Star Site serving more than 4,000 employees across over 800 square miles of critical government infrastructure. This highly complex environment presented some of the nation’s most significant target hazards and required constant training, along with the development and implementation of critical response plans and large-scale sitewide drills.

During his time with the Department of Energy, Wil earned advanced certifications in technical rope rescue, structural collapse, confined space rescue, and radiological response. Committed to serving at the highest level, he attended paramedic school at Idaho State University in 2021.

Since 2023, Wil has been living and working in Northern Idaho, fulfilling his lifelong goal of serving as a Firefighter Paramedic in the Coeur d’Alene area. Over the past three years, he has also had the privilege of instructing EMR, EMT, and AEMT programs for students across the country, meeting their educational needs in both in-person and remote learning environments.

Wil places a high value on customer service and believes education should be tailored to the learner. He is committed to delivering both basic and advanced medical training that not only meets organizational goals but also aligns with individual learning styles. With proven experience in dynamic learning environments, Wil is excited to help make workplaces safer, support client objectives, and inspire confidence through the highest quality training—so people are prepared to act when it matters most.

FOUNDER & CEO

Michaela

CO-FOUNDER & CLINICAL EDUCATION COORDINATOR

With more than 15 years of experience in the customer service industry and a strong foundation in public service through prior law enforcement work, Michaela brings a uniquely well-rounded skill set to our team—one that directly supports the goals of our customers. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and currently serves as the Clinical Education Coordinator for Triple-C Safety Training, where she combines clinical expertise with a passion for high-quality educational development.

Michaela began her nursing career in the operating room, where she quickly became known for her calm demeanor under pressure, strong clinical judgment, and unwavering commitment to patient safety. Her transition into clinical education expanded her impact, allowing her to develop meaningful, accessible learning materials while supporting the professional growth of both new and experienced healthcare providers. Her OR background has equipped her with the ability to make sound decisions in high-stress situations—skills that are equally valuable in emergencies and everyday problem-solving.

Compassionate, driven, and deeply committed to lifelong learning, Michaela values clear communication, evidence-based practice, and fostering supportive environments where teams can thrive. Her diverse background in customer service, law enforcement, and nursing gives her a rare ability to connect with others, lead with empathy, and approach challenges with both structure and heart.
